Job Summary
Engagement Coordinator drives recruitment and enrollment engagement for schools by leading outreach strategies, coordinating school tours and information sessions, maintaining enrollment documentation and data integrity in CRM systems, and partnering with community organizations. The role oversees events, monitors enrollment trends, and supports families through the enrollment journey while collaborating with marketing, data reporting, and cross-department teams. The position emphasizes client-focused communication, timeliness, and culturally sensitive engagement with prospective families and students, including occasional evenings and multi-day travel. Remote work is supported with hybrid arrangements for Michigan-based locations (Genesee/Oakland County).
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferred or 2 years’ equivalent experience in student recruitment, enrollment, sales, and/or customer service
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience, preferably in a school or educational setting
- Availability for evening/weekend work and multi-day travel
- Experience with CRM platforms and lead management tools
- Ability to travel up to 50% in performance of job duties
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and virtual communication platforms (Zoom, Teams)
