Job Summary
Engagement Coordinator role in Cleveland, OH area responsible for leading student recruitment, enrollment outreach, and stakeholder engagement for partner schools. Executes outreach plans, manages enrollment documentation and CRM data, coordinates tours and information sessions, communicates with prospective families, and analyzes enrollment trends to support strategy. Requires experience in enrollment/recruitment, strong customer service and communication skills, ability to work evenings/weekends, and travel up to 50%; Bachelor’s degree preferred with 3+ years in education-related roles. This is a regular full-time remote-capable position with hybrid work options.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferred or 2 years’ equivalent experience in student recruitment, enrollment, sales, and/or customer service
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience, preferably in a school or educational setting
- Availability for evening/weekend work and multi-day travel is required
- Experience with CRM platforms and lead management tools
- Ability to travel up to 50% in performance of job duties is required
- Proficiency in MS Office and virtual platforms
