Job Summary
Engagement Center Specialist I handles inbound service calls from customers about accounts and banking products, conducts follow-up for service requests, and makes outbound calls to support department initiatives. The role actively seeks referrals for financial products and services, promotes bank and non-bank offerings (brokerage, insurance), and participates in sales contests to support referral goals. Requires strong customer service, communication and computer skills, with ability to work day/evening/weekends; on-site in Powell, OH.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent is required
- Exceptional customer services skills and excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and a professional manner are required
- Proficient computer skills and ability to learn company utilized systems is required
- Ability to work day, evening, and weekend hours, with possible shift changes, is required
- May be eligible for Telecommuting
