Job Summary
Confirm or update alumni contact information, share university news and campus event updates, and solicit financial support for the University of Arkansas. This hands-on role supports fundraising and donor relations for the Office of Engagement, fostering collegial relationships while developing skills in customer service, sales, marketing, and philanthropy. Ambassadors must maintain regular, reliable attendance during operating hours.
Required Qualifications
- Currently enrolled, full-time student at the University of Arkansas
- In good academic standing with the University
- Available to work at least three shifts per week during operating hours
- Must successfully complete a background check
- Must be punctual and dependable
- Must be professional
- Must have strong verbal and written communication skills
- Must have excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Must have proof of legal authority to work in the United States on the first day of employment
Desired Qualifications
- Prior customer service, sales, or communication-related experience
- Familiarity with university advancement or philanthropy
