Job Summary
Lead assigned Engage Life programs by offering diversified recreational activities with adequate supervision, developing new curricula including room-confined options, and motivating resident participation. Greets new residents to facilitate engagement, maintains current event schedules on bulletin boards, and assists in planning parties, seasonal decorations, and monthly birthday celebrations. Support census building initiatives, assist with Bright Beginnings housewarmings, and help the Engage Life Director enlist volunteer services. Maintain records of activity participation and acceptance as required by state law, may drive a company vehicle to social destinations, and perform other assigned duties.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- three (3) to six (6) months related experience and/or training
- equivalent combination of education or experience
- Able to write simple correspondence
- Able to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization
