Engage Life Program Instructor

Lead assigned Engage Life programs by offering diversified recreational activities with sufficient supervision and motivating residents to participate. Develop programs for residents, including those confined to their rooms, while greeting new residents and introducing them to peers. Inform residents of upcoming events, maintain activity schedules on bulletin boards, and assist in planning parties, housewarmings, and community decorations. Maintain records of activities and participation levels as required by state law, support census building initiatives, and assist the Engage Life Director in enlisting volunteers. May drive a company vehicle for community destinations. Requires a high school diploma, three to six months of related experience, and the ability to write simple correspondence and present information in one-on-one and small group situations.
