Lead/support cooling system (HVAC) engineering programs from concept through validation and release, ensuring alignment with technical requirements, timelines, and business objectives. Develop program plans (scope, schedule, resources), maintain system-level engineering plans, identify and mitigate risks in cooling performance, reliability, manufacturability, and cost; define and track KPIs (cooling performance, efficiency, reliability, validation status, schedule adherence); ensure compliance with HVAC codes, safety, quality, and stage-gate processes; contribute to continuous improvement of design practices and tools. Must have background in HVAC&R or related industry with hands-on experience in inverter systems, heat exchangers, refrigeration cycle balancing for new product/concept; familiarity with BIS/ISO/IEC standards; proficiency in simulations/model-based design; understanding of product development lifecycle and governance; experience with design software (ProE/Creo, AutoCAD) and MS Office; strong cross-functional collaboration and communication.
