ENG - Senior Quantity Surveyor - Commercial

Senior Quantity Surveyor (MEP) responsible for commercial management of medium to large MEP projects in the UK, leading a potential small team. Tasks include setting up projects and frameworks, reporting to the Commercial Manager, coaching quantity surveyors, reviewing contract terms, mitigating risks, ensuring contract compliance, managing changes to contractual obligations, cash flow forecasting, payments receipt, cost and revenue forecasting throughout the project lifecycle, procuring and managing subcontractors, providing cost and margin reporting, maintaining stakeholder relationships, negotiating final accounts, and supporting dispute resolution.
