Job Summary
Carry out all planned and reactive maintenance on production equipment, raising corrective and reactive dockets on Maximo. Review and suggest improvements to planned and preventative maintenance procedures and stores systems, while identifying areas for improvement across site. Advance issues in a timely manner and deliver activities meeting GMP standards. Perform electrical and mechanical fault finding, schematic wiring, and circuitry work within a highly regulated manufacturing environment. Work rotating shifts Monday through Sunday with overtime eligibility at premium rates.
Required Qualifications
- HNC or equivalent in electrical and mechanical engineering
- High degree of competency in electrical and mechanical fault finding
- Competency in schematics wiring and circuitry
- Experience with automation and robotics
- Good level knowledge of electrical Safety, CCT and controllers
- Good level Mechanical knowledge
- Overall engineering understanding in a highly regulated manufacturing environment
- Working knowledge of pneumatic and hydraulic systems
- Ability to work independently
- Eligible for overtime at premium rates of pay
- Work rotating shifts Monday – Sunday, 06:00-18:00/18:00-06:00
