Job Summary
Develop and maintain documented processes for new production parts and assembly line process equipment. Support pre-production trial activities, manage equipment installations, and help address daily production issues. Responsibilities include tracking data from trials, managing project schedules, and supporting new production launches. Proficiency in AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, and knowledge of Toyota Production System are preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or two years experience
- Ability to work with contractors on equipment installations and building expansions
- Follow and implement TS 16949 Quality Standards
- Experienced in cross-cultural work environment
- Ability to manage project, schedule and cost
- Machine and process trouble shooting
Desired Qualifications
- Skilled in AutoCAD or other drafting software
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- Knowledge of Toyota Production System
