Conduct on-site installation and oversee diagnoses, troubleshooting, service, and repair of complex equipment and systems. Check operational quality of system equipment and instruct customers on operation and maintenance. Serve as company liaison with customers on administrative and technical matters for assigned projects, interpreting needs and clarifying responsibility for problem resolution among sales, support, or engineering teams. Requires a Bachelor's degree with 2-4 years of professional experience.
