Job Summary
Eng Cybersecurity Eng role focused on security operations, governance, monitoring, and access management across service lines. Responsibilities include administering DLP and user-activity monitoring platforms; firewall/switch/access-point management for a dedicated sub-environment; incident support with evidence collection and coordination; conducting security assessments for changes, hires, terminations, and role changes; centralized user management (onboarding/offboarding/password handling); certifications management (personnel and privileged-group); ensuring segregation of duties in access requests; leading Information Security Awareness initiatives; managing SharePoint sites and Power Apps security policies; maintaining governance docs, risk matrices, and dashboards; participating in audits and compliance processes; and contributing to weekly/monthly governance meetings. Required: BA/BS degree with 2-4 years of relevant experience or equivalent; security governance/risk management/background; experience with DLP tools and network security devices; strong communication and stakeholder-management skills; certifications such as ISO 27001 Lead Implementer/Lead Auditor, CompTIA Security+, CISSP, or GIAC.
Required Qualifications
- BA/BS degree and 2-4 years of relevant experience
- Experience with DLP tools, monitoring platforms, and network security devices
- Strong documentation, communication, and stakeholder-management skills
- Required Cybersecurity Certifications: ISO 27001 Lead Implementer or Lead Auditor, CompTIA Security+, CISSP, GIAC (relevant governance or monitoring track)
- Experience administering security operations, governance activities, monitoring, and access management
- Ability to analyze incidents, perform assessments, and communicate with leadership
- Experience with SharePoint, Power Apps security policies
- Knowledge of audits and compliance processes
- Centralized user management (onboarding, offboarding, password handling, group administration)
- Active personnel certification, quarterly access certification, and monthly privileged-group certification
- Ability to lead awareness plans and training
