Job Summary
Enforcement Officer responsible for locating payors and resources, garnishing/seizing assets, issuing liens/judgments, and negotiating payment arrangements under the Maintenance Enforcement Act. Represents the Director in court, manages a large caseload (including high-conflict cases), and communicates with payors, recipients, lawyers, court staff, financial institutions, and other stakeholders. Also acts as a subject matter expert on a project to operationalize current processes into a dashboard and identify key process indicators aligned to business goals. Requires an undergraduate degree plus 5 years of related experience, strong computer/database skills, policy experience, high-volume case management capability, excellent communication and negotiation abilities, and the ability to work within a team in a government setting.
Required Qualifications
- Undergraduate degree plus 5 years related experience

- Experience dealing with the public on complex and sensitive issues
- Experience conducting client interviews and assessments
