Job Summary
Enforce parking regulations on foot at a Hamilton, ON site, patrol assigned areas, issue citations for parking violations, identify vehicles for towing, document violations with date/time/location/vehicle details, maintain real-time logs, inspect areas for safety and compliance, report equipment or signage issues, assist customers with parking inquiries, and escalate complex situations to supervisors. Requires strong attention to detail, independent work ability, excellent customer service and communication, and the ability to work outdoors in varying weather. On-site, high-visibility role with daily interaction with customers and coordination with the Operations Manager or Shift Supervisor.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must successfully pass a background check, in accordance with company policy and applicable laws
- Must be authorized to work in the Canada and able to provide documentation verifying eligibility, as required by law
