Job Summary
Enforcement Agent role in Norwich focused on recovering unpaid debts for clients, including Council Tax, Non Domestic Rates, Road Traffic PCNs, and Court Fines. Responsibilities include visiting debtors, negotiating repayment plans or collecting payments, explaining visit purpose, capturing income and employment information, managing a portfolio of cases, maintaining records, and potentially organizing removal of goods where debt cannot be recovered. Requires strong interpersonal and negotiation skills, resilience, time management, and a target-driven mindset. Training provided with a Level 2 qualification and support for Enforcement Agent Certification; uncapped commission available alongside a £27,000 basic salary. Full-time with a company vehicle and comprehensive benefits package; BPSS security screening and a valid UK driving license required.
