Job Summary
Enforcement Agent conducts foot patrols in designated areas to identify vehicles with improper payment or permission, issues citations for parking violations, and performs lot audits and car counts. Responsibilities include recording data on violations in the approved system, reporting incidents to management, managing time effectively, and maintaining professional communication with customers, clients, and coworkers. The role requires reporting safety concerns, monitoring equipment conditions, and coordinating with management as needed. The position emphasizes outdoor work in all weather conditions and the ability to stand or walk for extended periods, with a background check as part of the hiring process. Strong data entry, reporting, and time-management skills are essential.
Required Qualifications
- Valid license with 3+ years driving experience
- No MAJOR violations (DUI, reckless driving, negligent homicide) in the past 7 years
- No more than two MINOR violations in the past year
- No suspensions within the last 3 years
- Proficient with computers and mobile applications
- Ability to bend and lift up to 50 pounds regularly throughout shifts
- Flexible availability (Weekends and late evenings)
- Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions for the duration of the entire shift
- Walk and stand for extended periods of time
