Job Summary
The enFocus Innovation Fellowship offers early-career Mechanical and Industrial Engineers the opportunity to work on multiple engineering and innovation projects across industries. Fellows lead 1–3 projects including manufacturing process optimization and product development, providing solutions to operational challenges while gaining broad engineering experience. The program emphasizes mentorship, developing leadership and business skills, and includes working on personal innovation projects. A Bachelor’s degree and a minimum 3.0 GPA are required, along with reliability to travel within the region.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related engineering field)
- Minimum 3.0 cumulative GPA
- Ability to work full-time in the South Bend–Elkhart region
- Reliable transportation for travel to sponsor locations
