Enfermero(a) Graduado(a) - (Perdiem)

Assess patients' physical and behavioral health needs, develop nursing care plans, and maintain medical records while educating families about various conditions. Administer medications per ordered notes, document controlled substance counts, and ensure verbal orders are transcribed appropriately. Notify physicians of significant status changes, including detox difficulties or medical emergencies, and complete admission and discharge processing efficiently. Demonstrate universal precautions in direct patient care, maintain therapeutic rapport with patients and staff, and coordinate unit activities as directed. Requires current Registered Nurse license, one year of experience, and CPR/de-escalation certification.
