Job Summary
Collect signed consent forms, educate patients on medication adherence and subcutaneous administration, and conduct weekly follow-ups to motivate therapy access. Register patient status changes and comments in the CRM, generate real-time access barrier alarms, and submit adverse event reports. Visit IPSS and physicians per established plans, delivering educational materials and starter kits. Ensure full compliance with patient care and adherence program requirements. Based in Medellín, Colombia, this full-time role supports IQVIA's mission to improve patient outcomes through data-driven healthcare solutions.
Required Qualifications
- Carrera técnica o tecnológica en Enfermería
- Experiencia mínima de un año en actividades relacionadas al tratamiento y adherencia del paciente a programas de soporte en el Sector Salud
- Ciudad base Medellín
- Compromiso con la educación del paciente
- Sólidas habilidades de comunicación efectiva, orientación al cliente, planificación y trabajo en equipo
