Conduct daily dialysis supervision and direct nursing team orientation to ensure adherence to technical, operational, and administrative standards. Manage monthly work schedules, daily assignments, rest breaks, training times, and staff substitutions for the assigned team. Coordinate extra dialysis sessions and vascular access procedures by scheduling with vascular surgeons. Perform daily water quality analysis for dialysis treatment and monitor emergency equipment and drug stock in the crash cart. Prevent complications by assisting physicians with medical prescriptions and procedures, including BCM and ECG. Schedule vascular access creation and catheter implantation, verify patient identification before connection, and ensure all emergency materials remain within validity dates.
