Plan, develop, and monitor nursing education actions, including training, certification, and professional integration. Create and update technical materials, protocols, POPs, and flowcharts to ensure compliance with institutional norms and COFEN regulations. Participate in clinical process reviews, quality indicator monitoring, and internal audits while managing training programs and supporting staff development. Collaborate with leadership to identify improvement opportunities, implement new processes, and notify patient safety events. Represent the institution in scientific events and hospital committees.
