Job Summary
Plan, organize, execute, and evaluate nursing care for patients in the pre, intra, and immediate post-operative phases. Prepare and supervise operating rooms, ensuring availability of materials, equipment, and medications while monitoring device functionality. Support nursing technicians during procedures, ensure patient safety protocols including the Safe Surgery Checklist are followed, and maintain biosafety standards. Act with the multidisciplinary team to guarantee care quality and register complete, accurate information in the electronic medical record. Requires a complete higher education degree and registration with the responsible professional council; experience in surgical centers is desirable. Includes on-site meals, transportation allowance, and various insurance benefits.
