Coordinate daily nursing care for patients within your assigned care line, prioritizing urgent and emergency cases while optimizing access management. Manage admission, vital sign monitoring, oxygen therapy, medication administration, and wound care, ensuring individualized, continuous, and safe treatment. Assist with invasive procedures such as central line insertion, thoracentesis, and airway aspiration, and provide pre- and post-operative guidance to patients and families. Evaluate weekly the care performed by others and analyze clinical indicators to propose solutions and meet strategic goals. Participate in multidisciplinary meetings, quality certification sessions, and safety committees, while maintaining equipment and medication supplies in optimal condition. Schedule is 12x36 from 7:00 to 19:00 with a one-hour break. Requires a complete Nursing degree and active COREN registration; specialization in clinical or surgical areas is desirable.
