Job Summary
Conduct nursing care for ESF users with humanized and resolute assistance, performing procedures, consultations, and home visits while supervising nursing assistants and community health agents. Plan, manage, and evaluate actions for the ACS and assistants, overseeing their qualification and permanent education. Coordinate referrals between UBS professionals and facilitate relationships among team members to organize demand. Request complementary exams and prescribe medications according to municipal protocols and legal provisions. Organize risk groups for individuals and families, manage ESF inputs, and contribute to the planning and evaluation of nursing care across all life stages. Hold a complete nursing degree with an active COREN.
