Conduct annual training needs assessments and execute simulations and workshops in the center of simulation and clinical units according to the Institutional matrix. Assemble simulation rooms, supervise training sessions, and create valid evidence records for all activities. Deliver interactive lessons to health professionals, integrate institutional and technical data, and feed sectoral indicator data. Maintain active COREN registration and ensure all training aligns with humanized care standards. This role is directed toward the Cardio Pulmonar unit, involving shifts in both day and night.
