Enfermeiro(a) - Transplante de Células Hematopoiéticas (Temporária)

Conduct direct nursing care for patients before and after hematopoietic cell transplants across inpatient, solid organ, and outpatient settings. Perform clinical assessments, define therapeutic plans, and administer medications while managing complex procedures such as central line insertions and emergency resuscitations. Lead nursing teams, supervise technical staff, and ensure strict adherence to infection control and safety protocols. Manage patient admission, discharge, and bed allocation; coordinate with multidisciplinary teams for high-complexity interventions and organ search processes. Maintain accurate documentation, track vital signs and fluid balance, and provide patient education regarding post-transplant care and discharge planning.
