Admit patients according to complexity levels and coordinate unit activities with prior planning to ensure safe, humanized care. Prepare beds for admission, document observed events and provided care electronically or manually, and perform pre- and post-operative procedures while adhering to medical prescriptions and sector norms. Activate the medical team for opinions, procedures, and incidents, manage medical prescriptions by verifying and authorizing items as needed, and orient the nursing staff on standards and routines. Serve as a preceptor for new hires, overseeing their training and adaptation. Full nursing degree, active COREN membership, and specialization are required; diurnal and nocturnal shifts are available. Initial training occurs during business hours.
