Required Qualifications

• •College Certificate or a minimum of 30 earned college hours
• •At least two (2) years of commercial and/or residential energy management experience
• •Valid Texas driver's license
• •Ability to follow OSHA laws and regulations
• •Ability to prioritize, organize, and complete multiple tasks with attention to detail, within stated deadlines
• •Ability to adapt to constant change and periods of fast-paced, high-intensity work situations
• •Ability to work evenings and/or weekends as needed
• •Ability to travel throughout the district daily; must be insurable under South Texas College's insurance policy for driving
• •Demonstrated commitment to achieving the vision and mission of South Texas College
• •Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, procedure manuals, technical manuals, diagrams, sketches, and blueprints
• •Ability to write routine reports and correspondence
