Job Summary
Install energy efficient equipment and conduct pre- and post-install verifications within a defined territory; provide technical advice, guidance and training on installation per client specifications; record and report customer interactions to program staff; collaborate with contractors to ensure program requirements are met; travel throughout the defined territory and perform in-home, in-person field service for residential customers; must be able to troubleshoot installation issues and work in various climates; DOT qualifications may apply; in-person, field-based role servicing customers' homes.
Required Qualifications
- High school or Associates Degree
- 0-1 years experience in a related industry
- Ability to work in-person in multiple homes per day
- Physical and DOT requirements as applicable to field service
