Job Summary
Oversee preventative maintenance programs and address corrective actions for unforeseen emergencies and disruptions in assigned energy and building systems areas. Ensure accuracy of building maintenance management data to safeguard system integrity while analyzing, monitoring, and evaluating relevant software operations. Produce scheduling and project status reports and act as liaison between software consultants, departments, and IT. Maintain, calibrate, test, and operate automated electronic-mechanical equipment, troubleshooting electronic controls and mechanical systems. Adhere to University and unit-level policies and procedures to safeguard University assets. Full-time position with minimum 7 years of relevant experience and required license.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Relevant certification or license
- Minimum 7 years of relevant experience required
- Learning Agility: Ability to learn new procedures, technologies, and protocols, and adapt to changing priorities and work demands
- Teamwork: Ability to work collaboratively with others and contribute to a team environment
- Technical Proficiency: Skilled in using office software, technology, and relevant computer applications
