Job Summary
Support VOX account teams with research, media coverage reports, writing and asset creation, benchmarking and general communications work; energy and sustainability clients; 6-month paid fellowship; hybrid role with 3 days in the office and 2 remote; requires excellent writing, attention to detail, familiarity with the media landscape, a keen interest in energy and sustainability issues and a team-oriented attitude. Prior work experience related to energy and sustainability issues is strongly welcomed but not a requirement.
Required Qualifications
- College graduate with experience in communications, public affairs or related fields and/or currently enrolled in/completed a graduate program
- Understanding of the U.S. media landscape, political structure and energy industry
- Long-term project experience, either through coursework or prior career experience
- Excellent research and analytical skills
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Copy editing and proofing abilities
- Ability to work in a collaborative environment
