Energy Services and Asset Manager

Job Summary
Lead and oversee Solar O&M and Heating teams while managing asset performance for PPA and client-owned assets across Ireland and the UK. Oversee solar PV operations, EPC troubleshooting, and heating maintenance activities to ensure service quality and operational efficiency. Analyze performance data to identify underperformance, produce client-friendly reports, and drive service revenue through pricing, proposals, and contract negotiations. Act as primary contact for key clients, track invoicing, and establish new supply chain partnerships to support business expansion. Implement reporting standards and dashboards to improve communication between teams and stakeholders.
Required Qualifications
- Third-level qualification in Engineering, Renewable Energy, Building Services, Business Management, or a related discipline.
- Proven experience in operations management within the renewable energy, building services, utilities, or construction sectors.
- Strong knowledge of solar PV operations and maintenance, heating systems, asset performance management, and service delivery.
- Experience managing client relationships, commercial contracts, pricing, and service proposals.
- Demonstrated experience leading multi-disciplinary teams and supporting business growth and operational expansion.
- Experience in supplier management, supply chain development, and implementing operational processes and reporting frameworks.
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Commercial awareness with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Ability to interpret performance data and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Strong organisational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Proactive, results-driven, and customer-focused approach.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and reporting systems, with the ability to develop and utilise operational dashboards and performance metrics.
- Must be based in Ireland to complete the tasks of this role
