Job Summary
Lead and mentor a team of Energy Advisors as Energy Sales Director, driving strategic sales initiatives, coaching performance, and ensuring client satisfaction. Develop and implement sales strategies aligned with business objectives; track progress using CRM tools (HubSpot) and participate in key client calls to close deals. Stay current with energy market dynamics (NYISO, ERCOT, PJM, ISO-NE, and similar markets) and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver cutting-edge energy management solutions. Build a positive, inclusive team culture and partner with Talent Acquisition to recruit and develop top talent aligned with 5's mission and values.
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in retail commercial energy
- 3+ years of experience managing a B2B sales team
- experience with energy markets such as NYISO, ERCOT, PJM, ISO-NE or similar
- CRM proficiency (HubSpot preferred)
