Job Summary
Energy Sales Advisor with remote-eligible, commission-based opportunities. Drive sales growth for Navigate Power & Verde Solutions by prospecting, networking, and managing client relationships across energy procurement, consumption, and sustainability solutions. Develop tailored proposals for commercial clients, leveraging a broad supplier network (solar, EV chargers, battery storage, and more). Requires 2+ years of B2B sales experience; remote-friendly with uncapped earning potential ($50k-$250k/year). Learn and master diverse energy product offerings, maintain a robust sales pipeline, and deliver results through self-motivation and strong communication. Locations include Joliet, IL and fully remote in the US.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2+ years’ sales experience (preferably in the B2B field) with a strong track record of hitting and exceeding targets.
- Energy expertise (preferred) in energy consulting, procurement, or related fields
- Strong networking and client acquisition skills
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to grow own book of business
