Energy Products Program Manager

Job Summary

Own day-to-day execution of Copper's pilots and programs by tracking status, resolving blockers, and keeping partners aligned as the primary operational contact. Prepare for and run recurring meetings with clear notes and action items, while maintaining documentation and trackers to ensure accurate reporting. Partner with Engineering and Product throughout the new product development lifecycle, tracking milestones across design, prototyping, and test builds to flag risks early. Translate technical requirements between engineering teams and external stakeholders, supporting installations in person as needed to build field fluency. Help scope additional pilots and track policy, regulatory, and market developments to inform program strategy and new opportunity evaluations.

Required Qualifications

  • Successful track record in program management, operations, or similar execution-focused roles
  • Background in mechanical, electrical, or systems engineering
  • Strong organizational instincts
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • High attention to detail
  • Comfortable running meetings
  • Comfortable being the face of a program to outside partners
