Energy Plant Technician - Facilities Management

Ensure all equipment functions effectively by completing assigned preventive maintenance on systems and equipment. Identify, report, and correct maintenance issues while troubleshooting and repairing mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems. Perform equipment rounds, document failures, and provide daily shift reports to Department Leadership. Manage the building automation system for energy efficiency and serve as first responder to off-shift maintenance requests. Assist with scheduling shutdowns and outages, complete work orders timely, and keep mechanical spaces clean and organized. Communicate with other departments regarding maintenance issues and perform special projects as assigned.
