Job Summary
Energy Markets Analyst supports multiple clients with energy procurement operations, initiating and managing the RFP process in deregulated North American markets for electricity and natural gas; structure and negotiate energy contracts; forecast and monitor strategies; provide market updates and client-facing analyses; and employ the wholesale platform to track market movement and identify opportunities, while coordinating data on supply pricing and local distribution costs.
Required Qualifications
- AA/BS in Finance, Energy, Mathematics, Economics or a similar analytical discipline
- 3-5 years of related work experience with knowledge of energy calculations or energy market experience required.
