Job Summary
The Energy Market Assistant Manager will lead daily store operations, staff supervision, and ensure an exceptional customer experience. Responsibilities include delivering excellent customer service, promoting products, maintaining store organization, supervising staff, cash handling, inventory management, and enforcing health and safety standards. Candidates should possess strong leadership and communication skills, with a minimum of 2 years of retail experience, including 1 year in a supervisory role.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years of retail, convenience store, or pro shop experience
- 1+ years in a supervisory role
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Proven experience with inventory tracking and ordering
- Basic math and computer skills
- Ability to work flexible hours
- Passion for customer service and team development
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Lift and move merchandise up to 40 lbs
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in sports or pro shop retail environments preferred
