Job Summary
Monitor and analyze energy consumption across facilities and production processes using data and software tools to identify improvement opportunities. Translate insights into practical actions optimizing boilers, HVAC systems, lighting, and machinery. Collaborate with Production, Facility, Maintenance, and ESG teams to drive energy-saving initiatives and support on-site implementation. Develop and track energy optimization plans and investment roadmaps while preparing the organization for ISO 50001 readiness. Support decarbonization planning across Dobříš, Pontchâteau, and smaller EMEA sites, contributing to CO2 emission reductions aligned with long-term sustainability goals.
