Job Summary
The Energy Management Consultant will be responsible for in-home sales of HVAC products, building long-term customer relationships, and delivering high levels of customer service. The role requires effective communication and interpersonal skills to resolve customer concerns efficiently. Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or equivalent experience, with 3-5 years in sales, preferably in a customer-facing role. Proven results in meeting sales targets are essential, along with flexibility in working hours.
Required Qualifications
- Undergraduate degree in Business Administration or equivalent working experience
- 3-5 years of experience in a sales role
- Proven results on delivery of performance objectives and sales targets (meeting or exceeding goals)
- Exceptional communication skills and interpersonal skills enable the building of long term customer relationships.
- 3-5 years of experience in a customer facing role preferred
- In home sales experience is preferred
- Proven results on delivery of performance objectives and quality targets
- Ability to work flexible working hours, as some evenings and weekends are required.
Desired Qualifications
- Preferred HRAI Certification for HVAC programs and designs
- Industry knowledge in a sales capacity would be an asset
- Computer skills an asset
