Job Summary
Lead daily operations of the Mt. Horeb energy location while developing a team focused on safety, service, and customer satisfaction. Build strong relationships with residential, commercial, and agricultural customers and drive sales growth for propane, fuels, lubricants, and related services. Manage inventory, scheduling, budgets, and overall location performance while ensuring compliance with company, industry, safety, and regulatory requirements. Partner with leadership to identify opportunities for growth and operational improvements and serve as a visible leader within the local community.
Required Qualifications
- Leadership experience in energy, propane, petroleum, agriculture, transportation, operations, retail, or a related field
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to lead employees, manage priorities, and solve problems
- Customer-focused mindset with a desire to grow business
- Bachelor's degree helpful but not required
- Relevant experience is highly valued
Desired Qualifications
- Financial and operational management experience preferred
