Job Summary
Executive Underwriter, Energy: Underwrite and manage a portfolio of complex energy accounts (renewable and traditional), develop and maintain broker/client relationships to drive profitable growth within the energy segment, analyze risk exposures to tailor insurance solutions, collaborate with global underwriting teams on large or specialized accounts, monitor market trends, and contribute to underwriting strategies and product offerings. Requires deep energy underwriting expertise across oil & gas, power generation, and renewables; strong analytical and negotiation skills; client-facing experience with brokers and senior-level clients; and willingness to travel. Bachelor’s degree required; CPCU or relevant certifications preferred; 10+ years of energy underwriting experience; eligible to work in the United States.
