Job Summary
The Energy Driver is responsible for loading, driving, unloading, and delivering Mountain View Co-op energy products including gasoline, diesel fuel, and propane while maintaining a positive attitude and excellent customer service. Essential duties include maintaining effective communication, conducting vehicle inspections, reporting equipment malfunctions, ensuring safe product handling, and complying with DOT regulations. Candidates must have a high school diploma or GED, two years of Class A driving experience, and a valid commercial driver’s license with necessary endorsements. Physical demands involve lifting, driving for extended periods, and working in outdoor conditions.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED
- Two (2) years Class A driving experience
- Valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License issued by the State of Montana
- Hazmat/Tanker/Air Brakes/Combination vehicle endorsements
Desired Qualifications
- Prior customer service experience
- Cenex Premium Diesel Training – RF
- CETP Certified for the three basic modules: Basic Practices and Principles, Propane Bobtail Delivery, Propane Plant Operations, willing to obtain certification if not certified
