Support scheduling, execution and completion of all work flowing through the district; prepare PowerPoint presentations for meetings; close out work orders in SAP and Click; monitor, track, schedule and close out MSR’s; research and validate information across programs to move inactives and confirmed work orders through the IPSEC process; promote energy safety programs; monitor performance and quality using analysis and metrics; perform data modeling and maintain data models and ER diagrams; translate data analysis into actionable insights for stakeholders and leadership; ensure equipment systems meet standards and maintain project documentation; schedule maintenance, trouble operations/service restoration, metering operations or operations planning; verify accuracy of work orders and required documents to ensure compliance with policies and regulatory standards; protect sensitive data and assets with high standards of conduct and integrity.
