Job Summary
Senior Specialist in Energy Delivery and Distribution within Metering Operations. Partners with Senior Metering Specialists, Advisors, Engineers, and Project Managers to support the delivery of complex service order requests. Uses advanced analytics to interpret data and deliver actionable insights supporting operational performance; leverages tools such as FATS, EMST, and Click Mobile to review service orders and guide non-standard metering scenarios. Manages competing priorities in a fast-paced environment, contributes to cross-functional process improvements, and focuses on strong customer and operational outcomes while ensuring the protection of data and cybersecurity assets. Hybrid work mode with a California residence requirement; role emphasizes data-driven analysis, reporting, and collaboration across functions to enhance energy transmission and distribution performance.
Required Qualifications
- Five or more years of experience in energy delivery and distribution
- Associate’s degree in business or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, and Power BI
- Experience working with SAP and related enterprise systems
- Demonstrated ability to perform detailed analysis, investigate and resolve complex issues, draw insights from data, and present findings to key stakeholders
- Advanced experience developing and editing complex reports, dashboards, and presentations, including generating custom and non-standard reports from business applications and databases
- Proven ability to effectively plan, organize, and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Demonstrated capability to collaborate across functions, integrate work across related areas, and drive improvements that enhance customer satisfaction and operational productivity
