Job Summary
Implement energy controls systems by troubleshooting programming and calibration to ensure proper operation of instrumentation. Diagnose failures in conditioning and refrigeration systems to identify repair needs, while reading blueprints and schematics for installation work. Manage preventative and predictive maintenance schedules, including setting heating and cooling settings for pump operations. Transport equipment and supplies to job sites, maintaining organized documentation for expenditure requests. Ensure all activities adhere to pertinent codes, policies, and regulations while safeguarding University assets. Requires valid Miami Dade County and Florida driver's licenses, minimum one year of relevant experience, and ability to adapt to changing priorities.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Valid license from Miami Dade County
- Valid State of Florida Driver's License
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience

- Teamwork: Ability to work collaboratively with others and contribute to a team environment
- Technical Proficiency: Skilled in using office software, technology, and relevant computer applications
