Job Summary
Conduct senior technical energy plans examinations and inspections of commercial construction projects for compliance with state adopted codes, local codes, ordinances, and standards. Review and inspect projects throughout Arlington County while working with citizens, design professionals, developers, and contractors. This role is filled at level I or II based on experience and qualifications within the Inspection Services Division of the Community Planning, Housing and Development Department.
