Job Summary
Lead and manage community outreach initiatives to recruit participants for energy-efficiency training programs in the greater central New Jersey area. Develop and cultivate relationships with career centers, vocational/technical schools, high schools, and colleges to create a pipeline of eligible participants; plan and present at career day events, job fairs, expos, and community events; maintain a leads database with ongoing follow-up; promote development paths and opportunities; support social media and digital campaigns to drive awareness; meet defined performance metrics; operate in a hybrid role with travel across a defined territory; leverage strong MS Office skills and bilingual capabilities when applicable.
Required Qualifications
- High School or associate’s degree, bachelor's degree preferred
- 2-4 years’ experience in a career outreach role
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Competency with Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Word, Excel)
