Job Summary
Lead process development and infrastructure for the powerplant engineering team by identifying knowledge gaps, building financial models, and establishing organizational frameworks. Serve as a thought partner on high-impact opportunities to improve decision quality, while coordinating with engineering leadership to create best practices for design and execution. Prepare clear updates that translate technical information for executive stakeholders and cross-functional teams. Manage ambiguity in data-driven decision-making and support the rapid deployment of dozens of powerplants annually.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 2-4+ years of relevant professional experience in management consulting, energy development, power markets, project finance, or a related field
- Strong analytical rigor, with comfort building and maintaining models, trackers, and processes
- Comfort working with large datasets
- Clear written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to summarize technical material accurately for others
