Job Summary
Coordinate energy assistance programs, assess client eligibility, verify documentation, and counsel clients on available options. Mobilize resources to provide emergency referrals and utility support services while mentoring staff on program procedures and interview techniques. Maintain accurate records, enter data, and prepare reports to support program operations and compliance. Requires a valid driver's license, auto insurance, and background check completion. Additional wage progression may be available under the organization's established compensation structure.
Required Qualifications
- Associates degree in a related field of study
- five years of work experience in a directly related social service program
- any combination of education and experience which would provide the applicant with the desired skills, knowledge and ability required to perform the job
- Valid driver's license in state of residence
- Auto insurance in the amount required by the State of Washington
- Acceptable completion of a criminal history background check
